Shipping Policy

  • Handling time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

We offer free shipping on all customer orders. The default is to ship from the Chinese warehouse. If the product you ordered is currently in stock in the US warehouse, it will be shipped from the US warehouse first, and you can also pick up the product at the US warehouse. Self-pickup items can enjoy more discounts. Please email support@ezunstuck.com to learn more.

Estimated lead time for automotive interiors is 7-10 working days. Estimated delivery time for roof tent bulky items is 45-60 working days.

Please, note that the delivery time may be delayed on red days and public holidays due to high pressure at the shipping companies.

  • Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 48 hours.

  • Customs, duties and taxes

You don't need to worry about customs and duties on your order, we will handle it. However, other tax charges imposed by the customer's country are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Return shipping

Items are returned for no reason and you will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
